1) Payment
Reservations will only be accepted and confirmed on receipt
of a 30% deposit. Full payment must be received within four
days of your desired transfer date. Failure to pay in full
before the due date may result in the cancellation of the
booking. Payment can be made in cash, or by credit card, French
euro cheque or Bank transfer (all bank fees at clients expense).
2) Refunds and cancellations
In the case of cancellation by ShowTrain, the client will
receive the full and complete reimbursement of all monies
paid.
In the case of cancellation by the client the following conditions
apply:
- Cancellations received more than ten days before the due
transfer date will be 100% refunded, less 10€ to cover
administration costs.
- cancellations received within 48 hours of the due transfer
date will receive 70% of monies paid, less 10€ to cover
administration costs
- cancellations received within 24 hours of the due transfer
date will receive 50% of monies paid, less 10€ to cover
administration costs
- If no cancellation order is received by ShowTrain and the
transfer vehicle has departed from the premises, the full
amount will remain payable by the client and no refund will
be given.
All cancellations must be made in writing to ShowTrain who
will confirm receipt and advise of any monies due.
3) Seat belts
Seat belts must be worn by all ShowTrain clients in all vehicles,
and coaches which are so equipped.
Clients who chose not to wear their seat belts will not be
covered by Show Train's insurance should the vehicle be involved
in an accident, and no subsequent insurance claims will be
considered under such circumstances.
4) Luggage
Each client is responsible for his or her own luggage. ShowTrain
will take no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen luggage
in the airport terminals.
ShowTrain undertakes to load, store and return luggage in
the condition in which it was received at the time of loading.
Only the ShowTrain chauffeur is authorised to load luggage
into the vehicle. ShowTrain cannot be held responsible for
the degradation of luggage or equipment during the transfer
if the luggage or equipment has not been loaded by its driver.
Show Train declines all responsibility in the eventuality
of missed flights or connexion, due to bad weather conditions
or traffic congestion.
