- Do I have to contact ShowTrain if my plane is late?
Yes, so that we can inform your driver and make any necessary

- Do I have to inform ShowTrain
of any last minute changes to passenger numbers?
Yes , otherwise we may not have enough seats on the vehicle
supplied. It may also alter the price.
- What happens if I have to
cancel my reservation?
Please refer to section 9ii of our Terms & Conditions.
- Will I meet my driver on
the Swiss or French side of Geneva airport ?
Travellers who are allowed to travel through Switzerland with
or without a Swiss transit visa will always be met by their
driver on the Swiss international side of Geneva airport.
Travellers who are not allowed to enter Switzerland will be
met on the French side of Geneva airport.(e.g. Russian clients
without a transit visa)
- Do I need to reconfirm my
return journey?
Yes, as we may have to adjust departure time from the resort
depending on the weather conditions.
- When will I be collected
for the return transfer?
In order for us to plan ahead and arrange the pick-up time
and location, we ask that clients confirm their return transfer
details 48 hours before departure. This can be done by telephone,
fax or
e-mail, quoting your unique booking reference (which is marked
on your booking confirmation).

- I will need a child seat.
Can I hire this from ShowTrain?
We have a limited number of child and baby seats so they must
be reserved well in advance. Show Train will provide baby
seats only if available. Please ensure you clearly mark your
requirements on your booking form.
